Fine Art Prints on Paper

These are gallery level giclee prints on fine art papers with a cotton or alpha-cellulose base, which means prints are archival and conservation grade.  The giclee print is produced using a digital, inkjet process.  Canon Lucia inks are rated archival and with a 12 ink color system, prints have an extremely wide color gamut which means incredible accuracy in printing.

The paper I have chosen for most of the prints is Hahnemuhle Photo Rag.  It has a fine, smooth surface and expertly captures depth of image as well as fine, art details.  It is a white, 100% cotton paper, archival and has a premium matte coating which meets with the highest industry standards for density, color gradation, color gamut and sharpness of imagery.  This paper has the genuine quality, look and feel of fine art paper. Thickness / Weight: 20 mil / 310 g/m²

Sunset Cotton Etching is another choice paper for my printwork.  This paper is slightly textured and resembles papers used on the etching presses seen in classic intaglio printmaking.  Also archival, this acid-free based paper is made from a cotton wood pulp blend with a matte coating that supports fine detail, rich blacks, and expert color reproduction.  This is modern day printing meets fine art paper meets charming retro appeal. Thickness / Weight: 17 mil / 285 g/m²

Hahnemuhle's German Etching, another artist favorite for giclee prints. This is a heavyweight bright white, 100% cellulose paper, guarantees archival standards. The mold-made etching paper features a distinct textured surface, for more of a water color art look. With its premium matte ink receptive coating German Etching meets the highest industry standards regarding density, color gamut, color graduation and image sharpness while preserving the special touch and feel of genuine art paper.  Hahnemühle papers have long been coveted by European houses of nobility, and are distinguished by the highest standards of craftsmanship.  Made from 75% cotton and 25% high alpha cellulose, they are light fast and acid-free, crafted to resist deterioration for centuries.  Thickness / Weight: 20 mil / 310 g/m²
